Dear Parents,

Here are a few answers to some recently asked questions to hybrid learning.

  1. When does my pod 1 child start school work?

Because pod 1 students are in school Monday and Thursday they

will not begin school work until Thursday September 10th.

We would like a chance to work with your student in person before

assigning at home work.

  1. When will my child receive their tablet?

Tablets are scheduled to arrive the week of the 14th.  Once they get

to the school the staff will need time to prepare them for your learner.

Paper school work will come to begin hybrid learning on the 14th. Devices will

not be used until a later date.

  1. What is my home schedule going to look like?

Your first grader should not do more than 2 to 3 hours(some days

it will be shorter) of school work while at home. This can be done

at any time during your day.

HOWEVER….we will be sending a Google Form to your child’s email on

their at home days.  Please help your child respond to this form by 9:00 each day

they are home.

This is how we take attendance.  More info to follow on this topic :)

  1. Can my child bring toys to school?

No, they should not be bringing any extra stuff to school. Just their backpack

(folder &  any work),water bottle, snack, and lunch if needed.

Please remember health guidelines and school protocol may change as time goes on.

We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

Thank you for your continued support and flexibility.
